In the state of Minnesota: we offer coverage for individuals, families, the self employed, dependents only, students, COBRA recipients, and senior citizens. The carriers currently represented in Minnesota are Assurant Health Insurance, Health Partners, Medica and PreferredOne. These insurance carriers offer us a variety of products to meet your needs such as PPO, HMO, HSA, short term medical and basic major medical plans. In addition, we offer individual dental insurance to persons under age 65 as well as to senior citizens over age 65, through Security Life Insurance Company.
 In the state of Wisconsin: we offer coverage for individuals, families, the self employed, dependents only, students, and COBRA recipients. The carriers currently represented are Assurant Health Insurance Company underwritten by Time Insurance Company, Health Partners and PreferredOne Insurance Company. These insurance carriers offers us a variety of products to meet your needs such as PPO, Health Savings Account (HSA) formerly MSA, basic major medical and short term medical plans and the new KeyMed impaired risk health plan . In addition, we offer individual dental insurance to persons under age 65 as well as to senior citizens over age 65, through Security Life Insurance Company.
In all other states: that we have independent broker or agent representation we offer coverage for individuals, families, the self employed, dependents only, students, and COBRA recipients. Our carrier of choice is Assurant Health / Time Insurance Company. This insurance carrier offers us a variety of products to meet your needs such as PPO, Health Savings Account (HSA) formerly MSA, basic major medical and short term medical plans, high deductible plans as well as the new KeyMed for impaired risk persons ( those turned down or declined for coverage from other plans "may possibly qualify" for new KeyMed plan from Assurant Health "ask if KeyMed is approved and available in your state" ).
International, Global and Worldwide Medical and Travel Products:
As we continuously find the barrier of continental boarders more traveled we find the need for quality worldwide major medical style health insurance. These products are available to US citizens and non US citizens residing, traveling or visiting outside of their country of citizenship. Ideal products for those who travel, school, vacation or do business in other countries for periods as short as 15 days to extened stays lasting for years. We carry two quality providers for these more unique medical products, one being MNUI (MultiNational Underwriters, Inc.) And the other being IMG (International Medical Group).
